What happens if my clients are not home or in the office?
We leave the goods at the doorstep and send a proof-of-delivery notification and text to you and your clients.
If my products cannot be left outside the premises, is there a re-delivery fee?
Re-delivery is $40 per stop, capped at $350 per booking. If our driver delivered to the wrong address despite a correctly provided one, the re-delivery is free.
Do you offer goods protection insurance?
No, we do not. We take the utmost care while handling your goods.
What if my goods are too much to be delivered within a day?
Our drivers can keep your goods for a multi-day delivery, and we notify you beforehand of anything that will not go out within the day. If a run overruns due to unforeseen circumstances, we complete the remaining drops free of charge the next day.
How are your prices calculated?
We run all your addresses through our route optimisation system and allocate regional drops across our driver network. We then quote on distance and time, so you get the best possible price for your addresses.
I am looking for a fixed cost per drop. Can we work out a contract?
