How much fits in one run?

6.6m³ of cargo space (2.65m long by 1.70m wide by 1.45m high), up to 1,100kg in total with each item under 25kg, trolley provided.

What's the lead time to make a booking?

There's no fixed lead time; it depends on availability. If you need support on specific dates, book them in advance. Cancellation is free, but if advance booking is misused we may cap how many dates you can reserve ahead.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation is free when it's genuine business flex. If it happens too often, we may stop reserving slots in advance for you.

What happens if my driver is sick, late or the van breaks down?

We always have a backup driver and a backup van on standby, so your run still goes out.
